Who I Am:

I have always been passionate about working with people and helping them become the best versions of themselves. I grew up in Rocky River, OH, playing as many sports as I could and spending my summers at camp, first as a camper and eventually as a counselor. I absolutely loved working with kids letting them grow and explore who they were while becoming more independent and secure of themselves. I was lucky enough to be introduced to chiropractic at an early age and was adjusted while I was growing up. I enjoyed science and wanted to be able to help people but was unsure of how I was going to achieve that. I attended Fordham University in New York City and earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

Following graduation, I worked in the special education field, first for the Cleveland Clinic and then at Monarch Center for Autism in Shaker Heights, OH. I absolutely loved this work and it taught me a great deal about who I am as a person. It really emphasized how important it is to look at each person as an individual to best serve their needs. During this time, I began to explore the idea of pursuing chiropractic as a profession, instead of just as a patient, and ended up enrolling at Logan University in St. Louis, MO and starting my doctorate in September 2015. I graduated in December 2018 with my Doctor of Chiropractic degree and am so excited to finally be back in Cleveland!

During my time in school I sought out training in as many different chiropractic techniques and exposed myself to as many new situations as possible. I regularly traveled to different cities for training, attending over 40 different seminars in a wide variety of techniques while I was in school. I elected to participate in clinical rotation programs to treat under-served populations in the St. Louis area and even ended up going to Ecuador as part of an international chiropractic service trip!

What I Do:

I’ve always had a deep passion for working with families and children, people with developmental differences, people who experience headaches and TMJ issues, and people living with chronic pain. I believe that an individualized approach to chiropractic care, combined with healthy movement, healthy thoughts, and a healthy diet have a massive impact on how you feel and how much you are able to participate in life!

I am certified in Webster Technique, Functional Movement Taping, and am in the process of completing my 200 hour training to become Certified by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP).

Outside the Office:

In my free time, I love to read, practice yoga, travel, explore Cleveland, spend time with my dog, and go to as many concerts as possible.
